BOOK YOUR SERVICE APPOINTMENT
To schedule a service appointment, please read the following information below (including our exclusions and limitations) and then click the “get started” button.
- To ensure a smooth booking process, please double-check that you have selected the correct services and that all information is accurate. Please note that if any information is missing or incorrect, we may not be able to process your appointment. Also, any discounts that do not apply to the services selected will be automatically removed.
- If you need air duct cleaning service for a home larger than 2500 square feet, please add the additional square footage charge to your cart when booking with Pure Air. Otherwise, our system will generate charges based on your online square footage from other online sources. If your home has special conditions, please let us know and we can discuss.
- Don’t forget to add the service(s) you need, and any applicable discounts to your cart when booking with Pure Air online.
- If you have a promo code, simply add the services to your cart and enter the code in the custom notes.
What To Expect
- After booking, you will receive an automated text confirmation message and email from our system. Please be aware that the first confirmation you receive from Pure Air UV will not reflect any discounts or county tax rates applied to your booking.
- After booking with Pure Air UV, a second appointment confirmation will be sent to you that reflects all discounts and sales tax applicable to your appointment.
- At Pure Air UV, we strive to process online bookings within 1 hour of the scheduled appointment time.
- If you schedule an appointment with Pure Air UV outside of business hours, please allow approximately 8-12 hours for the second confirmation to process.
- On the day of your appointment, you will receive text message alert and an email from us when our technician is on their way to your location.
- If you encounter any issues with available dates or times when booking online with Pure Air UV, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly by phone or email. We will still honor online booking discounts on any services if your address is within our service area.
- At Pure Air UV, we require full payment upon completion of our work. Please plan to remit payment to our technician by credit card, cash, or check. If you are unable to be present during the appointment, please make payment arrangements beforehand, especially if you are a landlord, property manager, real estate agent, builder, or any other party responsible for payment.
Exclusions & Limitations
- Our online scheduling system is only available for addresses within our service area. We regret to inform you that appointments scheduled for addresses outside of our service area cannot be accepted. Please contact us directly if you’re unsure whether your address falls within our service area.
- Please note that online scheduling is not available for vouchers purchased through separate vendors. If you have purchased a voucher, please call, text, or email us directly to schedule your appointment.
- If you don’t see the service you’re looking for on our booking page, it’s likely not available for online scheduling, but may be able to book over the phone. Please call or email us to schedule these services. We’ll be happy to help you schedule an appointment for the service you require.
